Valmorel is charming modern resort in the unspoilt Tarentaise Valley. It is arguably the prettiest of modern Alpine ski resorts, made up of a series of hamlets assembled around a cobbled square. Old chalets have been restored, whilst new ones have been created in the traditional Savoyard style. The resort is traffic-free and perfect for families wanting a friendly village atmosphere with the convenience of doorstep skiing.
There is a surprising quantity of piste, with the area being linked into nearby Maurienne Valley neighbours St-François and Longchamp. Its own excellent nursery slopes are reserved for beginners-only, and children are treated to a special moving walkway and enclosed kindergarten. Everyone enjoys the good-value, tasty meals in the many rustic mountain restaurants. At night time, the handful of atmospheric bars come alive, and the club and cinema are equally as popular.

These traditional Savoyard style residences are spread into hamlets and are located throughout the resort, close to the shops and slopes. They offer a pleasant and lively family feel. Most of the apartments have a balcony with beautiful views of the mountains.

Price includes: A return ferry crossing for one standard car travelling with Sea France from Dover to Calais and 6, 7 or 8 nights accommodation (as specified) on a self catering basis.
Optional extras: Ski/snowboard equipment is not included in this package price. You can choose to pre-book equipment with the operator. Prices start from £35 per adult for skis and poles per week, £46 for skis, poles and boots per week. If you are interested in pre-booking equipment please ask the operator when they contact you to confirm your holiday booking. Lift passes are not included in this package and must be purchased in the resort.
